Carol Frye

Carol Frye is the Chief Operating Officer at United Way of the Columbia-Willamette in Portland, Oregon. Carol received her Master's degree in Social Work Administration at the University of Nebraska.
She has over twenty-five years of experience in nonprofit leadership positions in the Pacific Northwest.ÝPrior to moving to Oregon, she served as the Associate Director of Child Care Resources in King County Washington and as the Executive Director of Operation Improvement in Everett, Washington. In 1998 she joined United Way of Snohomish County as the Vice-President of Finance and Administration.ÝShe moved to the Portland area in 2004.
