Bill Tsoukalas
Chair of the Board of Trustees

"In recent years, I have talked to other people in Boys and Girls Club around the country about the Trust. The first question many of them ask is, 'Okay, I'm going to save a lot of money, but is this for real?' The answer is yes and you need to do it. The Trust board has designed policies to ensure that our program not only costs far less than state programs but has important benefits that states can't even begin to offer."
Bill Tsoukalas, chair of the Northwest Agencies Trust, is executive director of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Snohomish County and has been associated with Boys and Girls Clubs for the past 27 years. Prior to that, he was the Corporate Contributions Manager for Rainier Bank, played professional baseball, and was a college baseball coach.
Bill's current responsibilities include board recruitment and development, community and government relations, organizational growth, and fundraising. The agency has a $4.9 million annual operating budget, 250 employees, 10 club locations, 26 school locations, 2 sites in public housing apartment complexes, and 12,260 youth members. The organization provides after-school activities in a safe, fun environment supervised by positive adult role models.
Bill's volunteer work includes the Everett Rotary Club and American Legion Summer Baseball.
